Moladay does not accept returns. Once you have paid for an item, it cannot be returned. We will only issue refunds in the case of damaged items.

If you receive a damaged item, please let us know and we will gladly send a replacement item or issue a refund.

To report a damaged item, submit a support ticket by clicking the "Support" button on the left side of any Moladay page.
